Warranty Terms and Conditions
Select outerwear * items are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase** In the unlikely event of a failure in materials and/or workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, improper care, modifications or normal wear and tear. Where possible, damage not covered under our warranty will be repaired for a nominal rate and shipping.
To start a warranty or repair request please send an email to sales@ewtsportline.com with any questions. Shipping directions will be given upon return authorization.
The product must be wash by you before you send us or we will charge US$ 30 for laundered pcs and US$ 30 will be charged when we repair and ship it back to you in new packing.
Once the product is received, we will evaluate the product for warranty eligibility or provide a repair estimate before work is performed.
Shipments to ewt must be pre-paid. Send your product via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking as ewtsportline cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages. We cover return shipping charges for all items deemed by us to be faulty. A complete description stating the problem along with pictures and consumer contact details should be included. We ship return warranty/repair items standard ground. Return shipments can be expedited for an additional charge.
**Our products are covered under warranty, to the original owner with proof of receipt, for 1 year from the date of purchase.
ewt Refund Policy-We will refund the product for up to thirty days IF UNUSED, tags un-removed.
We will happily exchange product size for up to thirty days if dissatisfied with the fit. Again, the product must be unused with tags un-removed. Shipping is not included.
